Reviewing Akaso’s current flagship action cam model, the Brave 8. First, I unbox and go through the features and included accessories and improvements versus my 3-year-old Akaso V50 Elite model. Then I take it out in the field and test its various video shooting and photo modes.

I also tried its waterproof ability in some ocean tide pools and a local river chock full of salmon. The underwater views were remarkable! To finish, I provide my personal pros and cons for the Brave 8 action cam.

*Fair Disclosure* I received this Akaso DL Brave 8 free of charge as a review sample. However, I was not sponsored by Akaso and received no monetary compensation. My opinions are my own.
