Various landscape and wildlife footage from an enjoyable Christmas Day 2025 walk on beautiful Vancouver Island. We left our winter home in Thunderbird RV Park on the Tyee Spit in Campbell River and travelled about a 1/2 hour down the coast. First stop, Miracle Beach Provincial Park, followed by Oyster Bay Shoreline Park. It was a mild winter day, sunny with a high of 5 °C (41°F), and birds were out in force foraging for food.

We were also blessed with crystal clear air, allowing for stunning views of the coastal mountain range on the BC mainland to the east, fully adorned with snow. Getting out for some fresh air and exercise made our turkey dinner taste much better! Happy Holidays, everyone!
