On a lovely March day, Anne and I took a thrilling ride aboard an iconic De Havilland Beaver floatplane out of Campbell River, BC. Located on Tyee Spit, CorilAir offers ride-alongs aboard its historic mail flight, with stops at several remote little post offices scattered across the scenic Discovery Islands.

This past December, CorilAir offered a 2-for-1 holiday deal that could be used anytime within a year. Anne picked it up as an awesome Christmas gift.

We waited for a clear sunny day with low wind. The views from the air were spectacular to say the least, and the stops quite interesting. Thumbs up! In the video, some footage from the ground and loads more from the air. Enjoy! Locations Google Map
