In this video clip, it’s a ride down to the water aboard Jack’s Boatyard’s new boat mover, a shake-down trip, and our first leg of the summer’s journey over to Cortes Island, BC. We’ve found a nice spot to anchor in Gorge Harbour and will spend a few days relaxing and recuperating from all the work. Then we aren’t sure, the weather will guide us. We want to return to the Broughtons near the northwest end of Vancouver Island, but we don’t want to go too soon, as the summer season is shorter up that way. So we’ll likely bid our time enjoying the southern Discovery Islands and Desolation Sound area. Stay tuned…
