In this video, I install and set up a new product from LevelMate. The LevelMateMAX is a wireless RV leveling assistant. A small box is screwed inside the RV on a wall. It connects to a smartphone app showing the current level of the RV side to side and front to back.
I reviewed an earlier model called the LevelMatePro back in 2016, and it’s still working in our RV. New features for the updated LevelMateMAX include a larger battery capacity, a pack of 3 AAA versus a button battery, and a gyroscope for better on-the-go leveling.
The device also has an on/off switch and power status LED. I’ll return with part two of my review in a month or two, showing some demo footage of the new “Level-On-The-Go” feature and my overall thoughts on this latest version.

An update to my initial review of the LevelMateMAX, showing me using the Level on the Go and Listen to Level features. It’s been a handy device for finding a level place to set up the rig in off-grid locations.
