I’m not an expert by any means, but I was recently asked how we provision our boat for extended stays in remote areas. Having RVed for many years and spent much of the time off the grid, I have some experience that can be carried over, which helps.

Luckily, our 34-foot CHB tri-cabin trawler has lots of storage, ample fuel, and large water tanks, so outfitting it for several weeks between resupply stops is relatively easy. In this video, I review food, water, and fuel, what we take, and where it is stowed.
