In this video, I give you camping information and show you around French Beach Provincial Park. French Beach is located about 60 kilometers (40 miles) west of Victoria, BC, on Vancouver Island between Sooke and Jordan River.
Around 50 primitive campsites are nestled in a rain forest perched above a long pebble and sand beach below. Access is accessible off Highway 14, and many of the campsites can handle larger RVs. Water spigots are scattered around the campground, along with pit toilets and garbage containers. There is also a dump station nearby.
