Today I’m checking out the OXS S3 soundbar. Figured it’d be perfect for our RV’s 43-inch TV with those puny built-in speakers, a significant upgrade for movies and shows.

Unboxed: remote with Bluetooth, volume/mute, and EQ presets (movie, music, news), plus cables for coax, RCA-to-3.5mm aux, optical (what I used), and Bluetooth pairing from phones. Powers via a low-draw 22V DC adapter.

Build is solid, heavy plastic with steel mesh grille, bass port, back inputs (DC, aux, USB, optical, coax), front buttons for power/volume/EQ/input, and wall-mount brackets with rubber feet.

Quick Bluetooth test from my phone: crisp sound with decent bass, EQ modes to tweak it. Hooked it optical to the TV, fits snug on the shelf below. Demoed blues, country, jazz, way richer audio and thump than stock speakers. Cranks loud but distorts at near max (fine for RV, don’t wanna bug neighbors anyway). Over Christmas, we binged films, and it seriously leveled up the experience. Overall, a decent bang for the buck.
