Continuing this summer’s series of boating adventures, we anchored in beautiful Waiatt Bay in the Octopus Islands Marine Park near Quadra Island, BC. The video shows views from the dinghy as we toured the little islands and coves. Then, some footage of a windy evening at anchor and the calmness of the following days.

To close out the video, a highlight of our visit as we toured the boater’s driftwood museum on one of the Octopus Islands. I gather that it was an old fishing cabin now open to the elements. Passing boaters leave signed driftwood plaques with boat names and dates visited. There is also an assortment of quirky art pieces to check out.
