A chilly week on Vancouver Island as the polar vortex crossed the Rockies and invaded the BC south coast. Here is a little taste of the snowfall as I take you on a walk around the Tyee Spit here in Campbell River. BC.

Winds are calm, and the temperature is about -1C, with around 5 inches of snow on the ground. Perfect weather for a peaceful walk in the snow.
